A few years ago I weighed 253lbs. It got to the point where I wasnt happy and I decided to do something about it. I lost 43 lbs, and bought my weight down to 219. Not only did I look GREAT, but I felt AMAZING. Sadly, I experienced a not so pleasant life changing event, and gained most if not all of the weight back again.
Fast forward to 2010, Im 242lbs, and I feel like crap. Not only that, Ive been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and its at the point where I have to take medicine for it. Those that know me well, know that medicine and me, don't really get along. Oh hell no! I don't plan on being on medicine for the rest of my life. I made the realization, that the last time I was truly happy and felt great, was when I was exercising and eating healthier. It's time to start a new journey.
So here are pictures of me today, in all of my 242lb glory.

The reason why Im posting pictures is because I think if I can visually see where Im starting from, I can better acknowledge when Ive made progress!
