Walked up to 7.0 incline - completed 1 mile in 20 minutes
Walked my way down to 3.5 decline
Made adjustments every 2 minutes
Cool down for 5 minutes at
2.0 incline
2.5 speed/mph

Distance Travelled:  1.84 miles
Comments: Super easy but challenging workout.  I will be changing my starting warm up at 3.5 mph/speed going forward.

Abdominal Crunches 
5 sets/20 reps.  No added resistance.  Performed these on a flat bench, with an incline for the legs/feet.
